7. Liability

7.1. ForesTree Retreat resort is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the resort premises.
7.2. Guests participate in activities and use facilities at their own risk.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the natural environment.
8.2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

10.1. ForesTree Retreat resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.

  • We allow outside food & snacks to the resort.
  • For credit card swiping 2% extra.
  • Tent stay guest they will be carry towels & toiletries.
