A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay
Important Guest Information
1. Reservation and Booking: • Reservations are confirmed subject to availability. • A valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in. • The lead guest must be 18 years or older to reserve accommodation.
2. Check-In and Check-Out : Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.
3. Payment and Cancellation : • Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation. • Please refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable terms and conditions. • Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the resort’s cancellation policy and are subject to the discretion of ForesTree Retreat Management.
4. Guest Conduct Policy : • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available for guests’ convenience. • Guests are expected to treat all resort staff with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times. • Any misconduct, abusive behaviour, or harassment towards resort staff or other guests may result in immediate eviction from the resort without any refund.
5. Damage & Liability : • Any damage to resort property or facilities caused by guests will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur applicable charges.
6. Loss & Theft Policy : • The resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep their valuables safe at all times.
7. Liability & Safety Policy : • ForesTree Retreat is not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or unforeseen incidents occurring on the resort premises. • All activities and resort facilities are used at the guest’s own risk. • Guests are requested to follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.all times.
8. Resort Etiquette : • Guests are expected to behave responsibly, respectfully, and courteously towards fellow guests, resort staff, and the natural environment. • Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour that disturbs other guests or violates resort policies may result in immediate eviction without any refund.
9. Applicable Law : • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ForesTree Retreat is situated.
10. Updates & Modifications : ForesTree Retreat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated through the resort’s official channels, where applicable.
11. Children’s Tariff : Children below 5 years of age: Complimentary entry | Children aged 5 to 10 years: 50% of the applicable package charges | Children above 10 years of age: Full package charges apply
CANCELLATION POSTPONE & REFUND POLICY
• Guests may reschedule their booking once, up to a maximum of 3 days from the original check-in date, provided the request is made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• In the event of cancellation, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded only if the cancellation request is made at least 10 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• Bookings can be postponed for up to 30 days from the original reservation date.
• Booking can only be postponed once. Any subsequent requests to postpone will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be processed.
• No refund or rescheduling will be applicable for requests made outside the above-mentioned timelines.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days of receiving the cancellation request
• Food from the restaurant is not permitted to be taken outside the dining area.
• Outside food and snacks are not permitted within the resort premises.
• A 3% convenience fee will be applicable for payments made using credit cards.
• Guests staying in tents are requested to carry their own towels and toiletries.
